Bhim Army attacked a Hindu after the Panchayat President election results were declared.

Post the declaration of the Panchayat President elections in Uttar Pradesh, a case of violence against a Hindu boy has come to light from the Saharanpur district. According to the family of the victim Saurabh Sharma, who was attacked on Monday by 25-30 Bhim Army workers with rods, sticks, and other sharp weapons. According to locals, after the defeat in the Panchayat Presidents elections, the Bhim Army activists attacked Saurabh, saying that he did not support the Bhim Army party's candidates.

According to the family members, Victim Saurabh Sharma was attacked by the candidates of Bhim Army on June 29 as well.

The results of the Panchayat President election were declared on July 3, in which BJP swept massive 65 seats out of 75 seats for the post of District Panchayat President and cleared the rest of the parties. SP could win only five seats, and the rest had to be satisfied with three seats.
