The National Coordinator of NSUI, Congress’ student wing, Abhishek Pratap Singh and Bundelkhand University NSUI President Abhishek Singh have been caught in an admission scam. They had taken money from some students for ensuring admissions in the Bundelkhand University.
When they could not ensure admission in agriculture courses, the students demanded their money back.
The audio clip of the conversation has gone viral.
Abhishek Pratap could be heard pacifying the student and requesting him for some time to return the money.
The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad demanded immediate action against NSUI office-bearers.
ABVP said, “Illegally and immorally taking money from students in return of an assured admission in Bundelkhand University has written #ThugNSUI all over it.
Cheating a student by taking bribe but not ensuring admission is just a tip of the iceberg of NSUI’s scams and fraudulent practices.”
When the students demanded their money back, the NSUI office bearers threatened to silence them using money and police power.
