Former US President Donald Trump Tuesday said the Biden administration must solidly stand behind Israel.
Trump said the Biden administration’s “weakness and lack of support for Israel” was fueling Hamas’ aggression towards Israel.
He further added when he was the president Israel’s adversaries knew there would be swift retribution for any aggression towards Israel.
He said in an emailed statement “America must always stand with Israel and make clear that the Palestinians must end the violence, terror, and rocket attacks, and make clear that the U.S. will always strongly support Israel’s right to defend itself.”
Hamas has launched more than 700 rockets in Israel since Monday.
Criticising President Joe Biden for his foreign policy, Trump said, “Under Biden, the world is getting more violent and more unstable because Biden’s weakness and lack of support for Israel is leading to new attacks on our allies.”
