Bhagyanagar: In the next three years, RSS has planned to reach all mandals in Telangana and restoring the same number of shakhas running during the pre-Covid period. In addition to the regular activities of the Sangh, the focus will be on teaching family values, awareness about environmental issues and promoting social harmony, according to Kacham Ramesh, Prant Karyavah of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Telangana, who addressed a press conference organised in Keshav Nilayam, Bhagyanagar on March 25.

He said that at the call of Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and devotees of Bhagwan Ram undertook a comprehensive drive for mass contact and collection of ‘Nidhi’ towards the construction of the Temple. In Telangana, 1.94 lakh Karyakartas covered 12,719 villages and contacted 68.59 lakh families.

The second ABPS resolution commends the entire country for the resilience shown during the pandemic. This includes the governments, agencies, organisations, and people who stood as one to fight against the pandemic. Though we are still amidst the pandemic, the way the country responded in fighting Corona is praiseworthy. The country showed its innate strength, its power, adaptability and its concern despite hardships. In Telangana, a team of doctors was formed mainly to address the Covid 19 related issues on a toll-free number.

Currently, daily or monthly Shakhas are running at 60,867 places across the country. In Telangana, 2789 Shakhas are active at 2069 places.

In reply to a recent video of IPS officer RS Praveen Kumar’s pledge against Hindu gods, Ramesh said no person should indulge in degrading or insulting other religions or other people’s beliefs. He demanded that the State Government should investigate the matter and take appropriate action as per the law.

He said the attack on Hindus at Bhainsa is a planned activity. Still, the media brands this as communal riots is surprising for all and demanded investigative agencies to probe and punish the real culprits and conspirators.

Shri Devender, RSS Telangana Prant Prachark and Sri Ayush, Prant Prachar Pramukh were present at the press conference.
