Pranab Mukherjee, former President of India and stalwart of Indian politics, breathed his last on Monday (August 31). He was 84. His medical condition has declined since Sunday.
He was in septic shock due to lung infection and was being managed by a team of specialists at the Army Hospital in Delhi.
He was admitted to the hospital on 10th of this month and was operated for removal of a clot in the brain.
