It might be tough to believe, but is true that a sister who could not even walk or even perform her routine tasks on her own for she being mentally challenged was brutally strangulated to death by her brother after being gang-raped along with his three friends.

The heart-rending incident was reported in Jaipur where this cruel and heartless brother did not take pity on his 10-year-old sister and murdered her after raping her along with his three friends in Manoharpur area of Jaipur.

The mentally challenged minor girl was entirely dependent on others and could not even do her routine tasks by herself. This helplessness minor was also unable to speak.

“My sister was a liability on our family and hence I planned her murder,” said the deceased’s brother Zeeshan Ali while accepting his crime in front of police.

According to Sulesh Choudhary, additional superintendent of police, “All four accused involved in the crime have been arrested. They are identified as Zeeshan Ali (20), Amjad Ali (19), Wajid Ali (20) and Sajid Ali,” he said.

Choudhary further said that the deceased’s brother considered his sister as a liability on the family as she was mentally challenged and hence he planned her murder. While we were in the process of killing her, we also planned to rape her, he confessed.
The entire story was unfolded on May 23 in Jaipur’s Manoharpur police station however, the unfortunate event took place on May 17.

On May 18, the hapless father Rahman Shah lodged the missing complaint of his daughter Gulshan. While searching his innocent daughter, he found her clothes and slippers in one of the local areas at a deserted hilly forest area.

The family rushed to the police station and informed them of the development.

The police officials without any delay started searching for her. At this point of time, police began investigating the slum area situated nearby. Also, people around were interrogated as part of the investigation. As the next step, the call details and CCTV footage of people residing in the surrounding areas were examined and police zeroed in on four boys, including the girl’s brother.

After a hunt of three days, on May 21, her dead body was recovered in damaged condition from the forest areas of Kumbhavas, Manoharpur by the police. The body was then sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory. An autopsy was performed at Nims Hospital, Chandwaji and determined that the child was raped before being murdered.
