In a shameful but concerning incident, a Left activist has shouted ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ in a protest organised against CAA in Bengaluru today. Whats more worrying is that Lok Sabha MP Asaduddin Owaisi was present on the same dais when the activist raised the slogan.

Sadly, the slogan was raised by the anti-National activist Amulya Leona on a dais that had Dr.Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh’s photo in the background. As she raised the slogan, feeble attempt was made by the organisers by trying to stop her speech. The activist herself immediately raised ‘Hindustan Zindabad’ in a bid to cover-up her heinous act.

A little know activist Amulya Leona’s name had surfaced in the news after she had harassed the owner of PostCard News portal Mahesh Vikram Hegde. Amulya and two other anti-Hindu activists had accosted Mahesh in the Mangaluru airport couple of weeks ago and pestered him to sing Vande Mataram in public. They had showcased this as a victory over ‘Right Wing’ and were ably supported by Congress in the act.

The same Amulya today riased ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan and as expected Owaisi and Congress are trying to distance themselves from her. Organisers of the protest now say that Amulya was never invited and they do not know how she took to the stage. If she was not invited how then did she make it to the stage with the chief guest Mr. Owaisi on the dais? If she was not invited, what were the organisers doing while she was speaking against India for several minutes until she raised the ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan?

The police have taken Amulya into custody and are interrogating her. Sensing the public anger against pro-Pak slogans, the Congress and seculars who used her to attack Mahesh Vikram Hegde are trying to slip away now.
