Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi speaking at the function in Dona Paula, Goa
Dona Paula: “Hindutva should rise above the castes and narrow considerations. Opposition of Hindus by Hindus is happening only for the political reasons and it has no connection with Bharat becoming the Vishva Guru. Vishva Guru Bharat is not dependent on politicians, but on the latent power of Bharat,” said RSS Sarkaryavah Shri Bhaiyaji Joshi, while speaking at a two-day function titled as ‘Vishwaguru Bharat: An RSS Perspective’. The function was held from February 8 to 9, 2020. The audience included intellectuals, editors of prominent newspapers and elites.
Bhaiyaji said that the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh believes that ‘Bharat’ and ‘Hindus’ are not separate. Today, the country needs citizens who are active for the benefit of the nation by imbibing virtues of dedication, organisation and positivity. With this idea, Dr Hedgewar had formed the RSS in 1925. Seeing nationwide results at the social level, one can feel the achievement of Dr Hedgewar. The Sangh never considers discrimination of caste, class and creed. He said the one who raises his voice against the anti-national activities, worries about the national interest is a swayamsevak, who surrenders himself to empower the country.
The RSS Sarkaryavah further said various global powers are constantly trying to break the country. But that effort was never successful and will never be successful. Only Bharat has the ability to think globally. Its tradition, belief is for the welfare of the entire human race. God has entrusted the task of taking the world further along the path of coordination. When that work is complete, only then will all problems be solved.
He said the feeling of ‘one country, one society’ should be in everyone’s mind. ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ is the culture of Bharat. Organising Hindu society does not mean standing against anyone and spreading communalism. Organised society is a necessity of the country. Those who oppose the Sangh should keep this in mind. Many people talk of Bharat becoming ‘superpower’. ‘Power’ for Bharat does not mean to establish an empire in the world. We want this nation should become powerful and stand as an ideal before the world. This is the objective of Sangh, he said.
