?Those who betray the nation will have an unsung death?: Yogi Adityanath warns sympathisers and supporters of SIMI-PFI

In a scathing attack against the perpetrators of riots in the name of CAA protests, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath warned ,“Jo jis bhasha main samjhega, usey uss bhasha main samjhayenge (We will talk to them in the language they understand).”

While responding to the Governor’s address in Assembly on Wednesday, the chief minister said that the anti-CAA protests revealed terror funding by Popular Front of India, which is “another name” for banned terror group SIMI.

“Terror funding of the PFI has been established now. Any sympathy for them means, support to the PFI and SIMI. Those who betray the nation, will have an unsung death(gumnam maut),” he said.

Yogi said that none of the anti-CAA protestors was killed by the bullet of cops. He reiterated that they were rather killed by the bullets fired by them during the stir. “Upadravi, upadravi ki goli se marey hain,” (the trouble-makers died from bullet of other trouble-makers),” he explained. In the violent anti-CAA protests, 20 rioters died in several parts of Uttar Pradesh in December.

“If someone is coming with an intention to die, how can he remain alive?” Adityanath added.

“If someone comes out to kill an innocent person and he is challenged by police, then either he or the policemen have to die,” he said.

The chief minister said that the reference to ‘Ramrajya’ in the governor’s address did not have any religious connotations. He explained that Ramrajya does not mean governance through religion. “The country needs Ramrajya not Samajwad,” the chief minister said. “My government is determined on Ramrajya, which means governance for public welfare,” he added.
