Winners of Rashtriya Yoga Competion with their medals and trophies
New Delhi: A three-day Rashtriya Yoga Competition was organised by Vidya Bharati from November 25 to 27 at Geeta Bal Bharati School, Rajgarh Colony. Inaugurating the competition, Director of All India Ayurvedic Institution Dr Tanuja said Ayurveda and Yoga are two sides of the same coin. Yoga is a way of life. It is a journey of the self through the self, to the self. Shri Hemchandra said games and yoga bring discipline in life. Around 350 students, both boys and girls from 11 regions of the country participated under 14, 17 and 19 age group categories. The competition was divided into three types of categories as Team, Rhythmic and Artistic. Shri Surender Attri from Vidya Bharati said Vidya Bharati believes in ‘Panch Koshiya Paddhati’. The winners were presented medals at the concluding ceremony.
