Jammu: RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat on November 14 stressed on punitive action against the forces inimical to national cause. Addressing a gathering of Sangh swayamsevaks at Parade Ground he called for stern action against those who create trouble and try to harm the peace. Uttar Kshetra Sanghachalak
Dr Bajranglal Gupt and Prant Sanghachalak Brig. (retd.) Shri Suchet Singh were also present.
Referring to threats posed to unity and integrity of the nation, he said the people of J&K are fully aware of these problems created by the forces inimical to national cause as they have been fighting it for years. The long time
disturbances were faced by the people of the State but the people deserve all appreciation that despite all odds they faced it boldly and did not allow the evil designs of such forces to succeed. He said a strong society can only resolve the problems being faced by the nation. He emphasised that Law, Constitution and the Administration are not enough, the entire society has to take the basic responsibility of transformation. He said the Sangh is wedded to imbibing such character among the people who live and die for the nation. This task is tough but this is a selfless service and only through Shakhas of Sangh
oundation of such individuals is made.    n

RSS Path Sanchalan Across Dakshin Tamil Nadu

Chennai: A total of 6,898 swayamsevaks in uniform participated in the RSS Path Sanchalan held in seven districts of Tamil Nadu including Kanyakumari, Madurai, Rameshwaram, Thanjavur, Trichy, Tiruppur and Coimbatore of Dakshin Tamil Nadu on November 13.
Every year the RSS holds annual Route March during Vijayadashami across the nation. When the Tamil Nadu RSS unit approached the police for
permission for the Route March, the police and district administration denied citing that the public tranquility was affected, public and private properties were damaged extensively during the Hindu Munnani activist murder recently. Adding to this, local body elections were to be held in Tamil Nadu on October 17 and 19 this month. Representatives of RSS moved the Court for justice. On hearing both sides, the Madras High Court allowed the Route Marches at the requested 14 places—Coimbatore, Trichy, Pollachi, Mettupalayam, Marthandam, Thackkalai, Madurai, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi etc on November 6 or 13. The High Court brushed aside the State Government’s objection that RSS route marches could not be allowed at a time when the State is scheduled to hold civic polls.    n

Nagpur: RSS Sarsanghachalak Shri Mohan Bhagwat described the life of late Lakshmanrao Pardikar as an ideal life. “Whatever work he was assigned he finished that with perfection,” he said while paying tribute to the former national president of Kreeda Bharati

moulded are now taking forward the work of Kreeda Bharati at national level. It is normally very difficult to hold responsibilities in various
organization, while looking after the family needs. Apart from doing a
job Lakshmanrao also held the
responsibility that he was assigned in the Sangh,” Shri Bhagwat added. According to Kreeda Bharati general secretary Raj Chaudhary the Kreeda Bharati now has work in 33 Prants. Tribute to A Hanumanta Rao

Hyderabad: One of the senior activists of Andhra Pradesh and founding pillars of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) postal federation Shri Alluri Hanumantha Rao passed away at his residence in Hyderabad on November 15. He was unwell for quite some time and  had severe breathing problem. BMS joint organising secretary Shri B Surendran said in the death of Shri Rao the BMS lost one of the dedicated karyakartas. “Few days back, I diverted my journey and went to Hyderabad specifically to meet him. He was extremely happy and shared with me his experiences in BMS. He faced many turbulences in his personnel, professional and organisational life. I was surprised about his will power and commitment. Instead my consolation, he was telling me how we should act in tough times. I derived a lot of inspiration from that conversation,” Shri Surendran said in his tribute. Shri Rao was a dedicated swayamsevak and moulded his entire family in the Sangh atmosphere.
