Two articles in Organiser dated 1.5.2016, one titled‘Personal Laws under Scanner’ by Shri Alok Goswami and the second by Dr Pramod Pathak titled ‘No Sanction of Triple Talaq in Islam’ have discussed in detail the problems of women in Muslim society. So long as Muslim women would fight for their rights on the basis of Koran and teachings of Islam, they would never succeed. They will have to come out of that orthodox conservative atmosphere which is being taught by the conservative Muslims who feel that their religion is the best and whosoever who goes against their dictates is considered as infidel.

| March : On What Basis Smt Sonia Gandhi recently took out a march against the so-called killing of democracy. But while doing so she and also her son Rahul Gandhi forgot that Smt Indira Gandhi had killed the democracy by imposing Emergency just to stay in power. She not only snatched away all the democratic rights of citizens, but also put the Opposition leaders in jails. In a similar way just to get power, national leaders like Lal Bahadur Shastri, Syama Prasad Mookerjee, Pt Deendayal Upadhyaya, Netaji Subhas Bose etc were tactfully eliminated by the so-called Congress patriots. The Congress leaders looted the country by both hands in all these years. They also conspired for price rise and promoting addiction among youth. The deal with Italy for purchasing choppers was also done for looting the country. Those who have been strangulating the democracy till now have no right to talk about saving the democracy. |
Check Missionaries
Many things are possible especially when they are with in our reach. Let us cancel the visas of all the missionaries who are overstaying after the lapse of their visas. Let us ban all missionaries who working in border states and make a law making the churches cent per cent in-charge of their affairs with no interference from the missionaries. Let us demand accountability for every dollar, pound the churches receive from abroad. Take over all unused prime lands in the possession of churches and pay them compensation. Expose the Bishops and others who are with anti-Hindu parties like DMK and Congress etc. Let us get all the bribe takers among Congress and prosecute them with full facts. Influence the English media press which has become 100 per cent anti-Hindu, anti-Modi and anti-India.

The Uttarakhand Verdict
One wishes the Supreme Court had adjudicated on the plea of the nine rebel Congress MLAs that they were disqualified by the speaker of the Uttarakhand Assembly after imposition of the President's rule, that is, when his own powers stood withdrawn, prior to insisting on a trial of strength in the House. Now if the apex court decides in its wisdom, as it has done in the case of Karnataka in 2011 when it removed the disqualification of 16 MLAs in an almost similar situation, to restore the membership of the nine MLAs, a trial of strength will again become necessary. Another very important question of law that the honourable court has deferred again pertains to the action of the Speaker who declared as passed a Money Bill without holding a division despite vociferous demand made in the Assembly to the effect. It was more than apparent then that Harish Rawat government had lost confidence of the House. And a very relevant question of ethics as also of criminal law, not gone into by the SC at present, is that posed by the two sting operations done on top State Congress leadership including the one on the Chief Minister himself, and which he has acknowledged as true. Without giving its well-considered findings on all these matters, the SC's order to hasten vote of confidence certainly raises questions.

The name of Indian National Congress led by Sonia Gandhi should be inserted in Guinness Book of World Records immediately for breaking the record in corruption. Congress deserves to be congratulated for maintaining its old tradition of corruption , promptly , honestly and making the world dazzle.

(The Big Deal, May 15); The AgustaWestland Scam, like the Bofors Scam will die a natural death. And what is happening now will happen in the future too; nothing much is happening now and nothing much will happen in too. Scams will come and go. However one thing is clear that the aam aadmi will keep suffering and will always remain a mute spectator. Our political leaders in the name of ‘Scams’ just waste the time of the Parliament which is supposed to do some legislative work, but beyond this nothing will happen. The bribe takers will never be brought to book. It’s a very sorry state of affairs.

India Needs a Hindu Revolution
Fissiparous tendencies as seen in the recent past highlighted by JNU drama and the statements of Nitish Kumar that he wants a ‘sangh-mukt Bharat’ etc, the recent declaration of Oomen Chandi that he wants to sue the Prime Minister in the Supreme Court for his comparison of Kerala with an African country underline the need for a Hindu Revoution.What is a Hindu Revolution? Hindu Revolution shall be a revolution of the patriotic working people of the country. Each Hindu is born in a caste and each caste has a work permit attached to it. Therefore a Hindu is a worker of one category or the other. He is born as a worker and dies as a worker. His life goes useless if he does not do his duty to the society assigned to him. Therefore Hinduism is socialism also. Each Hindu is born to fulfill one duty or the other to the society. There is something which has prevented Hindu civilisation from being erased. Imperialist invasions from Arabia, the West and other parts of the world dominated Indian society for some time but could not erase it. The reason is that each Hindu did his duty to the society to the best of his ability. We lost also at times but did not lose our identity.

Crime is still on
This refers to the most recent killing of an adult rhino that had strayed out of the Kaziranga National Park, fell into the hands of poachers . Before that a rhino was poached inside the park the park, that too at a time when all eyes were on Kaziranga, as Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were visiting. At a time when India has registered reasonable success in curtailing wildlife poaching and offering a fresh lease of life to some endangered species, primarily the tiger, the continued killing of the one-horned rhinoceros strikes a jarring note. Indeed it is a reminder of how much more work still remains to be done to protect and conserve India’s rich and diverse but also delicate and in many cases endangered wildlife heritage.

Mockery of Democracy
After the defection of nine MLAs, the Congress was reduced to a minority and the Bharatiya Janata Party had more members in the Uttarakhand Assembly. With the Supreme Court’s bar on voting by the defected Congress members , 31 votes were required for a majority, with 61 eligible voting members. Neither parties had the numbers to be in Government by itself. No one is going to believe that the Congress bagged the support of six MLA’s ( two from the Bahujan Samaj Party, one from the Uttarakhand Kranti Dal and three Independent).It is a mockery of democracy.
