(Headley’s Pandora’s Box, February 21); The editorial titled Headley’s Pandora’s Box has rightly mentioned the misdeeds of the so-called secular brigade led by the Congress Party. It has been aptly mentioned that Congress has a long history of hiding historical facts and falsely framing nationalists. The biggest example is of banning the RSS and of putting thousands of its swayamsevaks including Guruji and great freedom fighter Veer Savarkar in prison without ample proof, after the assassination of Gandhi. A very recent example during Man-mohan Singh’s rule is the treatment given to Swami Ramdev who is respected all over the world and Acharya Balkrishna, who was imprisoned on false charges. In fact hiding sins and crimes of Muslims was started by Gandhi. Dr B R Ambedkar writes on page No. 147 of his book Pakistan or the Partition of India that, “Mr Gandhi has been very punctilious in the matter of condemning every act of violence—But Mr Gandhi has never called upon the leading Muslims to condemn them. He has kept silent over them.” No wonder anti-Hindu so-called secular brigade led by the Congress is faithfully following falsehood practiced by Gandhi and Nehru. However they will soon understand that their days are over and truth will prevail over falsehood.

Kanhaiya’s imagination is running riots

Kanhaiya Kumar, the JNUSU president, has said that M S Golwalkar, the second Chief of the RSS, met Benito Mussolini in Italy. Kumar”s imagination is running riots after getting bail from the Delhi High Court. However, there was scarcely any need to take notice of his utterances but for the fact that this statement has been widely reported by the media. It is therefore necessary to debunk this patent falsehood. The fact is Golwalkarji never went abroad and didn”t have any meeting with the Italian supremo. However, it would be in the fitness of things to point out the names of Indians who did meet Mussolini. Gandhiji, Dr Moonje, Sardar Ajit Singh (uncle of Sardar Bhagat Singh) and Subhas Chandra Bose are the names of four Indian luminaries who had meetings with Il Duce at Rome. History tells us that in the early years of 1930″s Mussolini was looked upon by the Indians as an upcoming force against Britain. This is the reason why Gandhiji and Dr Moonje while returning from Round Table Conference held at London made it to Rome, although separately, to have a chat with the Fascist leader.

Jaundiced Eye

The traditional animosity of the USA lawmakers towards India appears to have once again come to the fore. A team of the American elected representatives is reportedly going to visit India to look into some alleged instances of atrocities (?) committed on the religious minorities by the majority community. Off course, their jaundiced eyes would never see the conditions of non-Muslims in the 60 odd Islamic countries across the world, and for obvious reasons. They will have to use magnifying glasses to locate a non-Muslim being allowed to live, and that too, peacefully in these theocratic nations governed strictly according to the Sharia Laws.

National Calender

I am a regular reader of Organiser which propagates Indian thoughts and views fearlessly. After Independence the then Indian government started a Bharateeya calendar in 1957. But unfortunately it is not in public circulation. I would request the Editor of Organiser to get relevant information collected from the Home Ministry and publish a detailed article on this subject for public knowledge on the occasion of Varsha Pratipada.

Hypocrisy of Left Parties

Few days ago, all of us watched on television, the so-called spirited speech of Kanhaiya, the JNUSU president after he was released on bail. He was referring to all the evils and bad governance facing our country like poverty, unemployment, casteism and so on. He repeatedly called for getting azadi from all these things. Some of the channels were depicting him as a hero. He was strangely referring to PM Modi repeatedly in his speech as though he is responsible for all this, as if everything was perfect before May 2014. But indirectly, the more he was trying to highlight these problems, he was embarrassing Congress Party which has been in power for more than 60 years and is actually responsible for all this mess. Further , he conveniently forgot that the Left parties, (the so-called pro poor parties) had continuously ruled over West Bengal for 35 years. So, ideally if their policies were so people friendly, West Bengal would have been the most developed and prosperous State by now which is not at all the case. The truth is that the communist model has not only failed in India but worldwide. This model brings all type of problems like attacking democratic institutions, red tapism, corruption, unnecessary government controls, curbing enterprenual spirit in people etc. In fact they will never remove poverty and hunger otherwise on what plank, they will fight
future elections.

Justice Kemal Pasha: A messiah for Muslim women

Justice B Kemal Pasha of Kerala High Court deserves all compliments for raising concern of Indian Muslim women against allowing a Muslim man to have four wives, exhorting Muslim women to come forward and fight for their rights in society. He emphasised right for quality to women when he questioned why women did not have right for four husbands as well? He while calling women to rise against dowry-demand, even went on to say that even though the holy Quran says that only the bridegroom should provide Maher to marry a girl, it does not happen in India because womanhood is weak in this country. His further practical advice was against pronouncing triple talaq for divorcing wife. India should follow many other Islamic countries which have already abolished system of having more than wife. Views of Justice Kemal Pasha are in tune with Uniform Civil Code which is unnecessarily being resisted as if it would be an extension of Hindu law to other communities. It reminds an important mention by the then Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee who emphasised that Uniform Civil Code should incorporate good aspects of all religions including from Islam like compulsory seeking consent of a girl on her probable marriage.

Govt should trace anti-national staff in JNU

Much is being said about infamous Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Delhi becoming a university for anti-national activities But it was indeed a shocking video (if undistorted) of a lady Professor at JNU spitting fire against Indian interests in even more vigorous voice than heard on 9.2.2016 at JNU campus. Students are like wet clay which are easy to be moulded by their teachers according to their own ideology also through oratory skill and fancy slogans. Such teachers can produce students of their own ideology of anti-nationalism. If such teachers burdening Indian people through hefty salary-package continue to prepare students of their own anti-national ideology, then day may not be far-off that anti-national breed may later on become political rulers to part away important states of India to Pakistan and China. Union government should entrust intelligence-agencies for tracing anti-national teaching-staff at JNU and take appropriate action against them.
