Since the partition of Bharat i.e. India, it was a popular practice of Muslim to occupy property of minority community specially Hindus in East Pakistan. Now the same is going uninterrupted and Minister is also involved. Alleged that Musarraf Hussain, Minister, Pravas Kalyan Department, Bangladesh, is personally involved to occupy a property situated at Jhilltuli, Faridpur district, a two storeyed house on a plot of land about three acres with temple. This property belongs to Arun Kumar Guha Majumdar whose predecessor is Satish Chandra Guha Majumdar, jamindar of Bhajandanga, founder of Rajendra College. Mr. Hussain is next door neighbour of Sri Guha Majumdar. It is said that their plot of land on which Hussain’s house exists gifted by Guha Majumdar’s ancenstor.
On April 13, 2015, Mr. Hussain with his associates came to Guha Majumdar’s house and compelled him to vacate the house and sign some stamp papers forcibly. The temple was demolished. Sri Guha Majumdar with his family members and his only daughter Tuli (a post graduate from Jahangirnagar University) are now living in a house nearby. The house belongs to a Hindu family and the owner was also forced to vacate by Hussain himself as alleged. It is reported that an agreement of sale was signed by Guha Majumdar under threat and pressure in a Court so that Hussain could take legal possession of the property in time.

At the same time they confessed their inability and helplessness because the administration is not willing to take any action against the minister and father- in- law of PM’s Daughter Putul as well.
