A rain-hit farmer , Gajendra Singh Kalyanwat’s suicide in the presence of thousands of aam aadmi leaders and workers, was the death of humanity. It is extremely shocking that the self – claimed champion of the common man the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal preferred to continue his speech instead of trying to save an aam aadmi from committing suicide in front of him. This is the same Arvind Kejriwal who had stopped his speech in between after hearing a call for azaan last year. This clearly shows that on one hand the AAP leaders are fooling the people in the name of farmers welfare and on the other hand they care a little about a farmer committing suicide right in front of them. Just by compensating the farmer by giving a cheque of ten lakh to his family members will not solve the issue. Kejriwal has not done a big job since the money which he has been given to the farmer’s family doesn’t belong to Mr Kejriwal, it is public money . All democratic minded people should take the incident as a warning that Mr Kejriwal is leading us to the path of anarchy.                    MANOJ PARASHAR, By Email

Non-discriminatory internet is our fundamental commitment

(Organiser, 3.5.2015 ); This is with reference to an interview of the Telecommunication Minister Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad under the title, ‘Non- discriminatory internet is our fundamental commitment’, in Organiser. Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi’s accusation of the Narendra Modi Government seeking to snatch away land from the farmers and hand it over to corporate entities that had supposedly funded the Bharatiya Janata Party’s election campaigns , is an outrageous accusation without substance. Further Rahul Gandhi has accused the BJP on Net neutrality, claiming that the Government intended to provide Internet Monopoly to corporates is outright silly and baseless. The issue of Net neutrality has come into the public domain after a paper that an independent body , the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, put out. The Government has already made a decision based on ground realities, and that the TRAI paper is not a policy decision. Rahul Gandhi’s over-zealous attack on the Government on various issues is not backed by proper homework. When he speaks in the Parliament , he must speak with facts; rhetoric may make for good sound byte, but it cannot be taken seriously.                                  SURENDRA K GUPTA, Noida

Moral Stories

This refers to the Harayana Government decision to introduce the Bhagwad Gita in the State’s school syllabus. We know that the Bhagwad Gita is a beautiful relevation of life’s wisdom. But it needs a certain level of maturity to delve deep and understand the transcendental knowledge contained. School children enjoy stories. So , it would be wise to first impart many of life’s valuable lessons into these fertile, impressionable minds through tales from Panchatantra. The morals embedded in these stories are invaluable. The Panchatantra tales also contain many valuable management and leadership lessons for our daily life.                                                          T S KARTHIK, Chennai

Excellent Facelifting
I would like to congratulate the entire team of Organiser for changing the size of Organiser i.e. from tabloid to magazine and giving it an excellent facelift. It has become more convenient to handle. I have been an ardent reader of Organiser since 1970. Organiser has an excellent team of writers who make the magazine worth reading. They all deserve adulation.
