ISIS has released a new video on February 3 to show a captive Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbeh being burned alive inside a cage.
In the horrific video, Flight Lieutenant Moaz al-Kasasbeh is seen standing in a black cage on open ground, clad in an orange prison suit, as a line of oil leading towards him is lit. He is then seen on his knees engulfed in flames.
Before his death, Kasasbeh was forced to reveal the names and workplaces of many fellow pilots in the Royal Jordanian Air Force. Kasabeh was the first lieutenant in Jordan’s air force, captured on Christmas evening after his F-16 jet crash-landed near the Syrian city of Raqqa, which is held by ISIS.
Confirming the death of Kasasbeh, Jordan’s army spokesman Colonel Mamdouh al-Ameri said in a televised statement, “Jordan would deliver a strong, earth-shaking response”. He announced that hero pilot, Kasasbeh, has fallen as a martyr, his blood will not be shed in vain. Our punishment will be as huge as the loss of the Jordanians. The Jordanian government has also vowed punishment and revenge against Islamic State.
Jordan, which has joined the US-led coalition against ISIS, had been attempting to secure Kasasbeh's release as part of a prisoner swap, offering to free Iraqi militant Sajida al-Rishawi in exchange. It is reported that Kasasbeh has been killed a month ago before the release of video.

Indonesia’s Efforts to restore old Hindu temple

Hindus have hailed Indonesia for its efforts to restore the past glory of a 15th century Sukuh Hindu temple. The Sukuh Temple is a unique and fascinating 15th century Hindu temple in Central Java.
Distinguished Hindu statesman Rajan Zed, in a statement in Nevada (USA, termed it as “step in the positive direction”, which was urgently needed.
According to the reports, restoration work on collapsing pyramid of Sukuh in Berjo Village (Argoyoso district) on Mount Lawu slopes, starting in March, will be completed by 2016 by the Central Java Heritage Conservation Agency, which will work with a team of archeologists.
Sukuh Hindu Temple is part of the “Tentative List” of UNESCO in order to qualify for inclusion in its “World Heritage List”. This temple, a trapezium with three terraces, built around AD 1437, contains images of Lord Ganesh, Arjun, Bhim, Narad and Vishnu’s avatar Kurma (Tortoise), besides others.
Zed, who is President of Universal Society of Hinduism, thanked Indonesia for taking care of its Hindu heritage temple; thus displaying religious pluralism, honoring diversity and respecting minorities.
