undefinedEmotional and aggressive speeches made by Prince Rahul Gandhi in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh is an indication of desperation. Directly or indirectly he and his Congress Party has admitted that it has no issue to put forth before the electorate in the coming elections. His party has been trembling by Modi’s  phobia. Congress cannot  digest and tolerate Modi’s  huge popularity. Congress leaders have lost their mental equilibrium and is consequently engaged in making scathing attacks and baseless, false, ridiculous allegations on BJP in general and Shri Modi in particular. Unsuccessful and futile attempts are being made by Rahul Gandhi, addressing public rallies in compassion tone to attract public sympathy in connection with tragic death of his grandmother and his father. But public knows how corrupt the Congress Party is.

Still appeasement of Muslims is going on (Organiser, 10.11.2013); This refers to ‘Muslims never supported TMC en bloc—Still appeasement of Muslims is going  on’ by Asim Kumar Mitra in Organiser. It has been stated that “West Bengal is now having a population of nearly ten crore. Among them more than 29 per cent are Muslims.” It has also been stated, that “Mamata Banerjee has started an intensive campaign of wooing Muslim votes.” Infact this the attitude of practically all the political parties throughout India, except of course the BJP, Shiv Sena and Akali Dal. It would be quite appropriate to compare Punjab with Bengal, as both were Partitioned in 1947, on the basis of Hindus, Sikhs and Muslims. There were no Sikhs in Bengal, which made a big difference.  There was complete ‘Exchange of Population’ between East Punjab (Present Punjab, Haryana and Himachal) and West Punjab, and there was an agreement signed at Lahore on September 5, 1947, between the Government of India and Pakistan, all due the effort  made by Master Tara Singh a courageous Sikh leader. Although Gandhi  tried to prevent this exchange of population and Nehru was also against it, but Master Tara Singh got it implemented. If a similar exchange of population had been done in East Bengal and West Bengal, this problem of wooing Muslims for votes would not have been there, nor there would have been problem of illegal infiltration of Bangladeshi Muslims, nor Muslim riots in West Bengal. Punjab, Haryana and Himachal is free from Muslim problem. And if we had done complete exchange of population at all India level India would have been free from all the problems caused by Muslims.

Stupid demand by Congress The Congress has requested the Election Commission to cover lotus ponds as they remind the people of BJP.  Likewise, BJP may want everyone to cover their hands as it reminds one of Congress!  Then, cycles should be banned as they represent SP.  Similar requests may come for elephants, sickle, hammer, etc.  But how can one block the rising sun?

Muslims are themselves responsible The Muslims are showing their true colours for violence runs in their blood and sword in their hand and thus the pernicious ideology of the fundamentalists has taken over  the Muslims residing in Bharat. Their allegiance is to their religion not to our motherland Bharat. Through madrasas, mosques and jihadist websites fundamentalists have takenover the minds of  Muslims all over the world. What the Taliban says or thinks each and every Muslim consider it as their Prophet’s words. Unless a more hard hitting policy is implemented this poisonous weed cannot be rooted out. The Muslim terrorist scenario is unfolding slowly and surely all over the world. At this juncture the Muslims should finally decide where their loyalty lies—Bharat or Pakistan? There is no doubt they are enjoying freedom and facilities in Bharat and at the same time having connections with extremists in Pakistan. They cannot blame us for their disenchantment for they themselves are responsible. They  have betrayed the trust of Bharatiyas. “The blame rests on their own shoulders” as MV Kamath has rightly said in his article, ‘The damage imposed by the Muslims on themselves’ in Organiser dated 10.9.2013.

Celebrating Indianness on Celluloid (Organiser, 3.11.2013);   Deepavali Special issue of Organiser tittled ‘Celebrating Indianness on Celluloid’ dated 3.11.2013 is really a feather in the cap of Organiser. Efforts of Organiser  to reach the unreachable are appreciable. Yet some more homework is needed. Hope Organiser will fulfill the aspirations of the cime viewers in due course and  will be successful in taking out a more in depth and extensive copy on India cinema. I thank the team of Organiser for   their efforts in this unique venture of celluloid.

Power generation in Karnataka This refers to the decision of Karnataka State Government to go in for gas based power generation in the State. Hence this is clear that the fuel required will be imported for this purpose. We are not convinced by this proposal. Why is it that the State Government not opt for renewable energy. Karnataka                        has                a big potentiality in hydroelectricity,  but it is a pity that in all these decades we were not in position to tap the same. Apart from Kali Project, Sharavathi Project, TB Dam, KRS, hydropower units can be brought up at Gundia, Bhadra, Hogenakal, Shivasamudra, Mekedatu etc. Solar electricity fields can be brought up in every taluk of the State, besides wind energy can be harnessed all along the coastal Karnataka. Not only Karnataka but every State in India should adopt this method in solving their respective State power problem. By this we can save a lot of foreign exchange to a great extent and avail eco-friendly power.
