Training camp of Durga Vahini?

A training camp of Durga Vahini was organised in Delhi from June 5. Girls between the age of 15 to 35 years participated in the camp. Apart from imparting physical training the camp inmates were also educated on different topics of their interest like first aid, love jihad, social evils, teenage problems and their solutions, women and law, ideal Hindu family, etc. Mayor of North Delhi Smt Mira Agrawal senor VHP leader Mala Rawal addressed the participants at the concluding ceremony on June 10.               (FOC)?

Hasubhai Dave to be honoured with Life Time Recognition Award

Former BMS national president and presently vice chairman of Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute, Ahmedabad and president of Kutch Saurashtra Productivity Council, Shri Hasubhai Dave has been selected by the National Productivity Council (NPC), New Delhi, for an award for excellent contribution in the field of productivity and to spread the message of productivity in Rajkot region. A committee consisting of Chairman, Director General and Secretary of the NPC selected Shri Dave for this Life Time Recognition Award for Individual. The award will be presented at a function to be organised in New Delhi shortly.

Yoga Shivir by Bharat Vikas Parishad in Karnal jail

Karnal unit of the Bharat Vikas Parishad organised a yoga camp in the district jail on June 9. Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Renu S Phulia said yoga is must for keeping the body and mind fit. She appealed to the prisoners that those who are trained in yoga should teach it to others. Jail Superintendent Shri Sher Singh welcomed the Deputy Commissioner and spoke about the facilities being provided to the prisoners. Some prisoners also spoke about the change that they underwent while staying in the jail. They also promised that they would live a transformed life after completing their sentence.           (FOC)?
