Workers training campaign by the BJP in J&K?

The J&K State unit of the BJP has started an extensive training campaign for its grass roots workers. The one day training camps will be organised in over 69 Mandals covering all three regions—Jammu, Kashmir Valley and Laddakh.

National convener of the party’s Training Cell Shri Alok Kumar inaugurated the training camp of Satbari Mandal in Jammu City on May 13. Out of total 52 workers, 38 workers including 3 women, attended the camp. “The deliberations were fruitful and the level of participation was very good,” said Shri Alok Kumar.
Talking to Organiser Shri Alok Kumar said the Abhyas Vargs provides an opportunity for the party activists to be with the State leadership in a day long deliberations. In the present scenario, this exercise would help rejuvenate the party out of its recent crisis. This would require tours of the Pradesh office-bearers to the remote corners of the State. One such Mandal is Dachhan. It would require trekking of 40 kms to reach the venue of the Abhyas Varg of this Mandal, he added.

He said the one day Varg would include a session on the history, development and contribution of the BJP, the leadership skills, an analysis of the Mandal area and strategies to take the BJP to all areas and sections of the Mandal and to make the BJP a winning Party. The participants in the Mandal Vargs include the Mandal office-bearers, Morcha presidents and general secretaries and the Shahri Kendra Pramukhs. The Abhyas Vargs are targeted to be completed by the end of this month.                 (FOC)?
