This is a novel in which the protagonist is a strong, confident and outspoken girl, Nisha Gupta, who can sing anything, when challenged, in a room full of people but gets cold feet when asked to perform on the reality TV talent show called Britain’s Got Talent.
She is a trained singer and guitarist, living in the small town of Visakhapatanam. When she is 16, her parents shift to London. She joins the college and on the campus she becomes friends with Zac who is splendid with guitars. Unable to battle her humiliation post the stage debacle, Nisha interns at a record label company. Here she meets Mr Frederick, the godfather she is looking for. He is influential but difficult to please. A good time pass.
