INDRAPRASTHA Vishwa Samvad Kendra (IVSK) on August 5 felicitated three leading journalists of Delhi Shri Kanchan Gupta, Shri NK Singh and Shri Shyamlal Yadav. Shri Achyutanand Mishra, former Vice Chancellor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi University presided over the function. Shri Rakesh Sinha, honorary director of the India Policy Foundation spelt out the role of media and journalists in shaping the thinking pattern of society. Shri Vagish Issar, secretary of IVSK pressed upon the need to read Panchjanya and Organiser to know more about the RSS. He added that instead of believing on hearsay and propaganda about the RSS it is better if people interact directly with the RSS and its associated organi-sations. “This way people would know about the RSS ideology and would also have first-hand experience,” he said.
