Shri Ashok Singhal re-elected VHP president

THE meeting of VHP’s Central Board of Trustees was held in Goa on January 9. Shri Ashok Singhal was re-elected VHP president at the meeting which was attended by over 250 delegates from across the country. The new VHP executive declared at the meeting included Shri S Vedantam (working president), Dr Pravin Togadia (general secretary), Shri Dinesh Chandra (general secretary, organisation), Shri Ashok Chaugule (vice president), Shri Omprakash Singhal (vice president), Shri Subhash Kapur (vice president), Shri KV Madanan (vice president), Shri Hukumchand Sanwala (vice president), Shri Balkrishna Naik (vice president), Rajmata Chandrakanta Devi (vice president), Meenatai Bhatt (vice president), Mahesh Mehta (vice president), Shri Gangraju (vice president), Shri Raghav Reddy (chief treasurer), Shri Champatrai (joint general secretary), Shri Shyam Gupt (joint general secretary), Swami Vigyanananda (joint general secretary), Shri Vinayak Deshpande (joint general secretary) and Shri Y Raghvulu (joint general secretary). The meeting also adopted two resolutions on terrorism and Sri Ramjanmabhoomi. (FOC)
