Maximum of the countries in the world, face the problem of parallel economy. The progress graph of the economy declines or it can be said that it provides a resistance to the growth. An example of milk can be quoted in this direction that, if there is a mixture of water in the milk, its capacity to work as a healthy drink decreases. Similarly of the economy if the black money keeps on moving its step continuously and so rapidly the pure form of economic development will not be achieved.
