FORMER MP and senior VHP leader Shri BL Sharma ‘Prem’ served a legal notice to Headlines Today demanding immediate apology and a compensation of Rs one crore as damage. The notice was served against telecasting of defamatory news on July 15 accusing Shri Sharma as a mastermind behind the Malegaon bomb blast. The notice was served to Shri C Krishnan, executive director and CEO of Headlines Today and Shri Rahul Kanwal, executive editor of the channel by Shri Sharma’s advocate Shri Lalit Prasad on August 11.
