A love story in poetry

THROUGH poems, the poet depicts a love story for those who love life, live in love and believe “in exploring and discovering the inner energy in them and linking it with the supreme energy vibes of the universe to optimise the joy of living.”

The compilation of poems on self-help, travel, life stories, social themes, fiction, mantra, tantra, life principles, mysticism, spirituality stresses on the belief in one’s inner energy and its link with the supreme energy flow which helps people who are depressed, hungry for love or face tragedies in life. The poet is of the view that it is our mind which is responsible for treating catastrophic scenes in life through misplaced anxieties, unwarranted worries and all kinds of negative feelings. If we listen to and train our mind like a mind gymnast, negative feelings can be oriented towards healing the wounded soul and serving as a lullaby to sound sleep.

The poems fall under three main categories – Theme One takes the reader on a virtual tour of continents exposing him or her to different life patterns and has poems on philosophy and environment. This collection is called ‘Spectrum of Life’.

In the poem titled ‘Churning the Mind Lake’, the poet says:

Let us dissolve the ego
In the lake of Manasarovar
The lake of the mind
Created by the Creator.

All the poems are interconnected with a central idea – optimising the joy of living and deriving maximum out of life by linking the inner strength with eternal energy vibes.
