Anti-terrorism fortnight by Hindu Manch

Hindu Manch organised anti-terrorism fortnight from August 1 to 16 in Delhi. Different activities were conducted during this period to educate the people against terrorism, modus operandi of the terrorists and their supporters. A signature campaign was also conducted from August 1 to 7. During the campaign, the Hindu Manch activists collected signatures of people at main crossings, market places and Metro Stations. A vehicle rally was undertaken on August 9 at Mori Gate Bust Terminus. Hundreds of activists participated in the rally. The workers were shouting the slogans against terrorism. Before the vehicle rally, RSS National Executive Member Shri Indresh Kumar addressed the workers and said the government was not handling the situation, as it should have. He said the police should be given the best possible training and the modern weapons so that they could finish the terrorists. RSS Delhi Prant Sanghachalak Shri Ramesh Prakash and Hindu Manch president Shri Jaibhagwan also spoke on the occasion. The rallyists proceeded to the residence of Lt Governor of Delhi. But the police stopped them in the way and allowed Shri Indresh Kumar, Shri Jaibhagwan, Shri Dinesh Kumar, Shri Ramsharan and Shri Ashok Bhola to present a memorandum.
