Addressing the gathering Shri Tarun Vijay, director of Syama Prasad Mookerjee Research Foundation, remarked if there was an Ekal Vidyalaya in Lalgarh there would have been no need of any police action as took place there recently. He said the misrule of left front government was responsible for the Lalgarh episode because the marginal tribal people of the area are devoid of development there. Fifteen big centres will be functioning in near future including one in Maldah of West Bengal. One of such centres is functioning well with full swing at Karanza village near Chakradharpur in Jharkhand presently. Shri Sajjan Bhajanka, national president of Vanbandhu Parishad, Shri Nandalal Rungta, an industrialist of Jharkhand also spoke on the occasion.
