Over 5000 people belonging to over 1000 families returned home in Badayun on December 25. Similarly, over 600 people belonging to 95 families returned to their roots in Patna on January 4.
The home coming ceremony in Badayun was organised by Dharma Jagran Manch (Brij Prant). Families of Barellie, Badayun, Kasganj, Eta, Hatras, Firozabad and Mainpuri participated in the function and after forming yajna returned to their roots. Most of the people who returned home were from the Valmiki community who had become Christians during the last five decades. After taking a bath at the Kachhala Ghat of Ganga they all assembled at the premises of Govind Ballabh Pant College. The yajna was conducted by Shri Devraj Shastri, chief of Arsh Gurukul, Eta. After the yajna, Yogi Sidhnath, Swami Swaroopananda and Swami Divyanand Saraswati blessed the people.
Shri Indresh Kumar, National Executive Member of RSS, Prant Pracharak of Brij Prant Shri Khyaliram also addressed the gathering.
The ceremony in Patna was organised at Ram Janaki Muth at Paliganj. This function was also organised by Dharma Jagran Manch and those who returned home had also been converted to Christianity. RSS Prant Pracharak Shri Anil Thakur said the missionaries were misguiding the people to propagate the Christianity. ?If one becomes free from ills just by becoming a Christian, America would not have the maximum number of beggars and mentally sick people.
