Volunteers of Seema Jankalyan Samiti visited 25 outposts of Gujarat border including Khawda India Bridge, Kandwan, Madhuvan, Haji Peer in Western Kutch and Bela and Bhavaja outposts in Eastern Kutch on August 16 to tie rakhis on the wrists of army jawans of on Rakshabandhan day. When the volunteers reached the outposts there were tears in the eyes of the jawans as they are away from their families. They had not expected it and it was a surprise for them.
