Conclusion
We have deliberately avoided specific management of infertility problems. We have dealt mainly with conditions that affect female fertility as these tend to be more amenable to treatment, whereas for most men with subfertility the problem is managed with assisted conception treatment, such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection or the use of donated sperm when azoopermia exists. Even elderly women can readly use donated egg for successful IVF pregnancies.
