Shri Hari Jaisingh, former editor of The Tribune, has apologised the RSS for wrongly criticising it and publishing an article based on wrong and fabricated facts in The Tribune about the RSS seven years ago. Some highly objectionable and insulting comments had been passed against the RSS founder Dr Hedgewar in the article, which hurt the feelings of lakhs of swayamsevaks. An RSS activist and advocate Shri Nardev Sharma took the matter to the court. It is to be noted that The Tribune in its weekly magazine section had published a book review on August 5, 2000 under the title ?Hidden Part of RSS?. In this review some objectionable and misguiding comments had been passed against the RSS founder. At that time the district Sanghachalak Shri Swayamprakash had organised a press conference at the district headquarters in Panchkula and had demanded strict discipline for the writers, journalist and pseudo social reformers who in the name of freedom of speech pass unwanted comments against the nationalist organisations like the RSS.  (FOC)
