Kerala Newsletter CPM joins terrorist NDF to attack RSS Swayamsevak brutally killed

December 1, 1999, was a cursed day on which K.T. Jayakrishnan, the daring and energetic leader of the Yuva Morcha, was butchered by CPM goons, right in front of the tiny-tots he was teaching, at the Mokeri School in Thalassery in Kannur district.

On the same day in 2006 another RSS braveheart was murdered, right in the heart of the capital city, Thiruvananthapuram, by CPM goondas.

Bijukumar (30) was a Swayamsevak of the Vatiyoorkavu Shakha since his childhood. Recently he was more active and started fully immersing himself in Sangh activities. This was not to the liking of the local CPM leadership since Bijukumar started weaning cadres of the CPM to Sangh Shakhas. They warned him of dire consequences. Later there was a clash between the CPM and the RSS activists in that area. At the peace meeting called by the Police, CPM leaders openly threatened that they will eliminate Bijukumar.

On December 1 when Bijukumar along with fellow Swayamsevak Prathish was returning home at 1.00 pm after attending a ?blood donation camp? organised by RSS-BJP on ?Jayakrishnan Balidan Day?, a three-member CPM hit-squad chased and blocked their bike, with their autorikshaw. As Bijukumar and Prathish began to run, the CPM men hurled bombs and fell them. The fallen Bijukumar was repeatedly hacked with swords, axes and matchetes. They waited till he breathed his last and left. Local people who interfered to help were driven away with bombs and vulgar show of weapons. The police party which rushed to the spot took him to the medical college hospital, but he was dead on arrival, with scores of deep cuts.

The RSS and other organisations called for an agitation on the day, Bijukumar was cremated in the premises of his house. RSS and BJP leaders, J. Sishupalan, Nanda Kumar, Suresh, P.P. Mukundan etc. participated in the cremation.

There was strong pressure on the police to whitewash the case, but strong warning by RSS Vibhag Pracharak Sudarshan and Karyavah Rajasekharan of mass agitations, made the police arrest Abhilash, Hari and Dileep within 36 hours of the savagery. The three activists of the CPM were arrested from a lodge bordering Tamil Nadu near Kanyakumari.

Only few months back, two activists of the RSS were butchered by separatist NDF at Kasargod and Thiruvanantha-puram. Perhaps the CPM and the NDF are joining together intermittently to eliminate followers of nationalist organisations.
