Pakistan'srole in instigating and using the Maoist elements in Nepal against India is confirmed by none other than the Nepal'sMaoist leader, Prachanda. The ISI (Inter Service Intelligence) approached him ?time and time again? for supplying of weapons and using the Maoist movement as cover-up for its unholy plans against India. The ISI is accused of many vices, as it runs ?a state within a state?, subverts elected governments and supports the Taliban.
