A book containing the views of Shri Guruji on constitutional matters, was released by Justice Rama Jois, former Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court and former Governor of Bihar, at a function held in Prayag by Adhivakta Parishad. The views of Shri Guruji have been compiled by Shri Ashok Mehta of Adhivakta Parishad. The book contains the views on constitutional matters such as equality, fraternity, liberty, culture, religion, republic, one country-one nation, Bharat, minorities, uniform civil code, Hindi, Indian languages, democracy, Panchayat, linguistic states, prevention of cow slaughter, socialism, etc.

Speaking on the occasion, Justice (Retd.) Rama Jois said Shri Guruji was extremely well read and an encyclopedia of knowledge and he had a clear vision about the future of the nation. He used to express his views concerning the constitutional philosophy in clear terms. He said the same views have been expressed by the Supreme Court in the Pradeep Jain case (AIR 1984, SC 1420).

According to Shri Guruji, our culture has regard for the role assigned to the woman by nature. They were given a higher place than the man as a mother and giving an equal treatment should not result in bringing down the status of woman, the right way to implement Article 15 of the Constitution. Justice Jois said Shri Guruji stood for faithful implementation of the Constitution regarding equality, equal protection, removal of untouchability and total ban on cow slaughter.
