Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Leadership: Maintain a balance between ideological values and mass appeal; commission content aligned with national and cultural themes.
  • Editorial Innovation: Lead ideation for stories, themes, and events; work closely with marketing to align content with commercial goals.
  • Journalistic Standards: Uphold quality, accuracy, and style consistency across all content.
  • Nation Building: Set editorial agenda with focus on national interest and public discourse; host relevant events and discussions.

Job Title: Sr. Assistant Editor (Digital)

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication or related field
Experience: 8 years and above

Role Overview :

We are now looking for an experienced and committed Senior Assistant Editor to strengthen our digital editorial team.

  • Assist in leading the digital editorial desk with an eye for content that aligns with Organiser’s ideological narrative.
  • Review and edit articles, opinion pieces, and reports for factual accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone.
  • Generate ideas for original stories, series, and digital campaigns that highlight India’s interests and civilisational ethos.
  • Coordinate with a network of contributors, correspondents, and writers across India and abroad.
  • Supervise breaking news coverage and special issues, and ensure timely digital publication.
  • Work closely with the social media and multimedia teams to amplify digital reach.
  • Monitor audience engagement and digital trends to align content with evolving reader interests.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in digital journalism or editorial management.
  • Strong command of the English language; able to write, edit, and shape stories with clarity and ideological depth.
  • Sound knowledge of India’s polity, society, culture, and international affairs with the ability to provide context and perspective.
  • Comfort with CMS (e.g. WordPress), basic SEO, and online publishing tools.
  • Aligned with the nationalist worldview and interested in contributing meaningfully to India’s intellectual narrative.

Job Title: Audio Visual Head(Digital)

Location: Delhi
Reporting To: Editor
Qualification: Degree in Mass Communication, Film & Media, Journalism, or related fields
Experience: 10 years and above experience in video journalism, digital storytelling, or broadcast media.

Role Overview :

AV Head will be responsible for leading the planning, production, and dissemination of high-quality video and multimedia content. This includes news explainers, interviews, podcasts, documentaries, and special series that align with Organiser’s editorial vision and ideological perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the AV team (producers, editors, anchors, videographers) to deliver engaging and impactful visual content.
  • Conceptualize and execute original video series, news capsules, interviews, and long-form AV projects.
  • Coordinate with editorial teams to create content rooted in current affairs, history, politics, and Indian culture.
  • Supervise scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and post-production workflows.
  • Ensure ideological alignment of content with Bharatiya civilisational values and the nationalist narrative.
  • Manage AV studio operations, equipment procurement, and technical enhancements.
  • Drive content distribution strategies across YouTube, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor performance analytics and optimize content for better reach and impact.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and creative direction skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the ideological narrative promoted by Organiser.
  • Ability to lead multilingual teams is an advantage (English, Hindi preferred).

Job Title: National News Coordinator (Field)

Location: Delhi

Reporting To: Editor

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Digital Media, Mass Communication, or related field

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in national news coordination, political reporting, or editorial management

Role Overview :

This is a cross-functional editorial leadership role that bridges our print and digital ecosystems. The National News Coordinator will be responsible for managing and aligning national news content, coordinating with regional contributors, ensuring thematic consistency, and driving real-time news flow in sync with Organiser’s values and editorial priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate national news coverage across both print and digital platforms.
  • Maintain a seamless flow of news inputs from state bureaus, correspondents, and field reporters.
  • Ensure ideologically aligned and balanced representation of key national developments.
  • Identify emerging stories of strategic importance from across the country and assign them accordingly.
  • Facilitate daily editorial planning meetings and contribute to weekly and long-term coverage strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Print Desk, Digital Desk, and Social Media teams to ensure timely publication and dissemination.
  • Guide and support regional correspondents in content structure, tone, and editorial integrity.
  • Verify facts, sources, and ensure editorial quality in news content.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of India’s political, social, and cultural landscape.
  • Strong network of ground-level and regional contacts is desirable.
  • Excellent command over English (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Familiarity with both traditional and digital newsroom operations.
  • Must be aligned with the nationalist worldview

Job Title: Sub Editor (Print)

Location: Delhi
Reporting To: Associate Editor
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
Experience: 5 years of editorial experience in news magazine

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and proofread news stories, features, and opinion pieces for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and house style.
  • Rewrite content when necessary, ensuring consistency in tone and quality.
  • Coordinate with reporters, correspondents, and senior editors to maintain deadlines.
  • Assist in headline writing, photo captioning, and layout checking before publication.
  • Cross-verify facts and ensure adherence to ethical and editorial standards.
  • Stay updated with current affairs and trends relevant to national and international issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command over English and a strong grasp of grammar and editorial style.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced editorial environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and news judgment.
  • Interest in socio-political issues and current affairs.
  • Knowledge of Hindi and ability to translate or coordinate with Hindi content teams is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with layout software (like InDesign or QuarkXPress) is a plus.

Job Title:SEO Manager(Digital)

Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SEO for news, media, or content-heavy websites

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SEO Manager to lead the development and execution of strategies that drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content optimization, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a commitment to increasing the reach of ideologically aligned, high-quality journalism.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and grow organic traffic.

Job Title: Reporter (Field)

Qualification: Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Political Science, or equivalent
Experience: 1-4 years reporting experience (freshers with strong ideological grounding may also apply).

Role Overview:

As a Reporter at Organiser, you will be responsible for covering key developments across politics, governance, society, education, culture, and national security — always with a sharp, rooted, and truthful approach. You will report for both the weekly print edition and the digital portal, ensuring timely, accurate, and ideologically aligned content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report from the field on political, social, and national developments.
  • Pitch and write exclusive, well-researched stories, interviews, and features.
  • Coordinate with the editorial team to align reports with the publication’s voice and tone.
  • Fact-check and ensure credibility of information before filing stories.
  • Contribute regularly to both digital and print platforms.
  • Travel within India when required to cover ground reports and special assignments.

Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of current affairs, politics, society, and India’s civilisational ethos.

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll assistance, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
    -Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.
    -Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  2. Employee Engagement & Welfare
    -Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
    -Handle employee queries and grievance redressal in coordination with the HR Manager.
  3. HR Operations
