Ayodhya: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat Ji, on the 350th martyrdom day of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, bowed his head at Gurdwara Brahmkund Sahib and paid homage to him by remembering his immortal sacrifice on November 24. He said that the sacrifice given by Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji for the protection of religion, justice, human values, and rights is a message of life for all of us. Sanatan Dharma stands on sacrifice and martyrdom. We have lives that always inspire us.

The tradition of Guru Maharaj has been at such times when it seemed whether religion would remain or not. But still, religion remained. For religion, what the life should be like, Guru Maharaj showed by living it, not just told.

If someone gives us a grain of water, we become indebted to him, and if someone gives us knowledge about what our life should be like, our entire society will remain indebted for eternal times, as long as this life exists.

Sarsanghchalak Ji said that not all changes will happen at the same time, but gradually the society will follow them and bring changes in life. I have got the fortune to come to such a place, this has made my life blessed.

The chief granthi of the Gurdwara, Giani Gurjeet Singh Khalsa, welcomed the Sarsanghchalak by presenting him a saropa. Giani Gurjeet Singh said that the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya is to realize a dream of all Sanatanis of the world.

On this occasion, regarding the historical importance of Gurdwara Brahmkund Sahib, the chief granthi Ji told that the first Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Guru Teg Bahadur Ji, and the tenth Guru Gobind Singh Ji had visited this Gurdwara. On this occasion, Shabad Kirtan was also organized and Kadah Prasad was distributed.
