A three-day conference, by Swadeshi Shodh Sansthan in collaboration with Kurukshetra University, Haryana Agriculture University and ICAR will be held from April 24-26, 2025, in Delhi’s C Subramaniam Hall, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) to discuss how to evelvate India among the world’s top economies and harness India’s young and dynamic population.

The conference is titled ‘International Conference on VISION 2047: Prosperous and Great Bharat’ The conference will be held from April 24 to 26. The conference seeks to ignite discussions on strategies that will define India’s trajectory over the next two decades, fostering an ecosystem of research, collaboration, and actionable strategies for national growth to make India Prosperous and Great by 2047.

Under the overarching theme Vision 2047: Prosperous and Great Bharat “, the Conference focuses on critical areas essential for shaping a robust and self-reliant nation. With eight thematic tracks addressing topics like dynamic population, full employment, global economic leadership, advancements in science and technology, and environmental sustainability, the event is a call to action for researchers, academicians, policymakers, industry experts, and social leaders to come together and reimagine India’s future.

The primary objective of the Conference is to assess the potential of Bharat in various sectors, analyse the possible impediments and come up with a policy to realize the destiny of Bharat as a Righteous Power that guide the whole world.

The objectives of the conference include:
• Harnessing India’s young and dynamic population.
• Transforming India into a fully employed nation.
• Elevating India among the world’s top economies.
• Establishing a robust security system for national and global leadership.
• Advancing India as a global leader in science and technology.
• Strengthening India’s role as a spokesperson for world brotherhood.
• Creating an environmentally friendly India.
• Positioning India as a global pioneer of high life values.

RSS Sah-Sarkaryavah Dr Krishna Gopal, Union ministers Nitin Gadkari, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and Manohar Lal Khattar, along with the chief ministers of Haryana and Delhi, Nayab Singh Saini and Rekha Gupta, will be present. Reserve Bank of India director (Part Time) S Gurumurthy and Zoho chairman Shridhar Vembu will also attend the event.

Academicians from some of the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), and other universities will also attend, present research papers, and hold discussions on themes such as harnessing India’s demographic dividend, strategies for employment generation, promoting entrepreneurship, Bharatiya skills and global parameters, initiatives for becoming the world’s leading economy, establishing a robust security system, and developments in science and technology.
