A global plot to target Bharat and Hindus is unveiled with several terror organisations coming together to carry forward their agenda. Hindus have been on the hotlist of various terror organisations for some time now.
However, there are a couple of developments that have emerged in recent times signalling that the plot is getting serious. Currently hit lists of Hindus have been prepared by the Indian American Muslim Council (IAMC), Khalistan terror groups, the Dawood Syndicate and Al-Isabah Media.
Al-Isabah Media
The Al-Isabah Media is a wing of the Ansar-ut Tawheed fir Bilad Al-Hind. This terror group is pro-Islamic State and has plans of targeting Bharat and Hindu leaders. The terror group which had remained silent for some time has shown signs of resurgence starting early November 2024.
The Al-Isabah Media began releasing propaganda material and posters targeting Bharat and Hindus while exhorting Indian Muslims to indulge in Jihad and attain martyrdom.
It has used channels such as Telegram and RocketChat and circulated posters invoking Ghazwa-e-Hind (Destruction of India). Further there is plenty of material circulating that glorifies the Muslim invaders.
Between November and December end, it has released over nine posters which speak about how the Muslims must come forward and attack Hindus in Bharat. The posters also touch upon issues such as Kashmir Muslims. Further there is also material urging Muslims to carry out strikes in Uttar Pradesh. The imposition of the Sharia law and strict dress codes for Muslim women are also part of the propaganda material that is circulated by the Al-Isabah Media.
In one of the posters there is a call for religious purity, and it also accuses some Indian Muslims of adopting Hindu customs. Further it also denounces Muslims who show loyalty to the Indian Flag and Constitution. Lastly it calls for violent Jihad against the Hindus of Bharat.
Indian American Muslim Council
The Indian American Muslim Council (IAMC) which is close to several terror groups has profiled several Hindus who they perceive as anti-Muslim. The list has names of Yogi Adityanath, Himanta Biswa Sarma, J Sai Deep, Pushkar Dhami and several other Hindus. The document that the IAMC has prepared is very similar to the Vision 20247 document that was prepared by the Popular Front of India (PFI).

The IAMC is said to be behind this list as it had made its intentions clear about this project while launching a site in 2022. “#Alert This unique project profiles individuals who are chief proponents of the Hindutva ideology and those who incite and participate in violence against India’s religious minorities. #HindutvaProfiles https://hindutvaprofiles.com/” the IAMC had written when the website had gone live.
The IAMC is open about its anti-Hindu stance and has organised various events to dismantle global Hindutva. The IAMC is also associated with the Islamic Circle of North America and Muslim Brotherhood.
The IAMC has several stooges such as Minjhaj Khan who relentlessly target Bharat on the pretext of perceived human rights violations. The IAMC has many times in the past engaged US lobby firms to campaign against Bharat. In 2013 it had engaged a US firm by paying them $ 55,000 to lobby against Bharat.
The IAMC is closely linked with Jamaat-e-Islami backed groups such as the Justice for All, Students Islamic Movement of India, Islamic Circle of North America and Muslim Brotherhood.
It is also linked with the US Commission on International Religious Freedom (USICRF). At an event in February 2023, the USICRF Commissioner Stephen Schneck had sought to classify Bharat as a Country of Particular Concern. “The Indian government at the local, state, and national level continues to create policies that negatively impact Muslims, Christians, and other religious minorities…Application of these policies has created a culture of impunity for national campaigns of violence against Muslims and Christians. The U.S. must designate India a country of particular concern. We at USCIRF continue to press President Biden and congress to do so,” he said at the event.
In addition to having the backing of the ISI, the IAMC has also facilitated certain Indian journalists and media outlets. Through its Human Rights and Religious Freedom Journalism Awards, it had doled out Rs 3 lakh as prize money to journalists from Newslaundry, The News Minute, Caravan, The Wire, Scroll.in among others. The awards were given in recognition of their coverage on issues such as anti-conversion laws, human rights violations in Kashmir and perceived persecution of Muslims during COVID-19.
Khalistan and D-Gang
The Khalistan terror groups, and the Dawood Ibrahim syndicate too have been roped in to target Hindus. The Dawood gang which had activated anti-Hindu modules in Gujarat in 2016 and 2017 has once again become active. It has instructed its men in Uttar Pradesh to prepare a hit-list of Hindu leaders in the state and target them.
The Dawood gang had prepared a similar hit-list in Gujarat earlier in which the targets were BJP and VHP leaders. The gang is attempting something similar this time around as well.
The Khalistanis too have aligned with the gangster network to carry out an agenda against the Hindus. These groups have in recent times carried out a series of killings in Punjab targeting Hindus and those who have opposed their movement. Now with the Khalistanis seeking to revive in Punjab a fresh hit-list has been prepared which has put the agencies on very high alert. In Punjab there are several developments that are taking place to revive the movement. Their voices in Canada and US are lending support to this cause and this has become a cause of concern for the security agencies.
