SnPC Machines Pvt Ltd. was founded by Vilas Chhikara and Satish Kumar. The founders were in this business and faced all these problems and felt to change this industry with automation. The journey of innovation started in 2007-2009.

The bricks are the basic building block of trillions of households in most countries around the globe. Hence, the bricks are required in huge numbers. Before our solution, the brick kiln owners mould the raw materials into the shape of bricks. The moulding requires processing of raw materials to make it in moldable form and then need to compress in quality brick shape. The folded raw materials are then laid down to production area by the labor manually. The complete process is manual & highly labour intensive. Hence, the labourers face the problem of fatigue daily. It has created a shortage of labour in the industry. It has led to bounded labour in the form of millions of women and children trapped in it. Further, these particular labourers get specialisation from their illiterate family as a skilled gift to them, and these specialised skills don’t allow them to flourish prosperity to their coming generation.
In this background, SnPC brought peneica solution in the form of Mobile Brick Making Machine. It is automated to perform same operation while the vehicleis on move and lay down bricks. Mobile brick-making machines can produce up to 12000 bricks per hour without hassle, and they can perform a person’s whole day’s work within 3-4 minutes.
