It is a well-known fact that there is a deep-rooted conspiracy to defame and demean Bharat by many Western nations. On Wednesday, October 30, media outlets extensively reported a statement by the Justin Trudeau government in which it was stated that Union Home Minister Amit Shah was behind the plots to kill Sikh terrorists living on Canadian soil.
What is strange about this entire episode is that officials in Canada decided to release the information to The Washington Post instead of telling their own people about it. During a hearing by the parliamentary panel in Canada, the deputy foreign affairs minister, David Morrison said that he had told the US newspaper that Shah was behind the plots to incite and indulge in intimidation against the Sikh separatists living on Canadian soil.
Also before the panel was Nathalie Drouin, the National Security Advisor to Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau. She also along with Morrison admit that that they had planted the story in the Washington Post and the newspapers New Delhi bureau chief was used for the same.

Jitendra Pratap Singh, an X user too echoed what Chellany said. He goes on to say that one should now think how the deep state works, while adding that this is the way the likes of George Soros conspires. He further says that Canada had planted the story on Gerry Shih, who is the New Delhi bureau chief of The Washington Post.

The deep state at play
Sheikh Hasina had said months before her ouster that a US official had called her and sought a base in Bangladesh. He is said to have told her if she agrees to the same then her government would be safe. The manner in which things unfolded in Bangladesh, which forced Hasina to resign and flee suggests that there was an outside hand. It became more evident when Muhammad Yunus was planted as the interim head of Bangladesh. Yunus, for the record is considered to be a puppet of the West.
Many commentators have noted that India’s growth story would worry the United States. There have not been just one, but numerous attempts that have been made to tarnish India’s image. The US has commented on issues such as the Citizenship Amendment Act, Jammu and Kashmir or issues relating to human rights, while completely ignoring events such as the Capitol riots or the numerous incidents of gun violence in their country.
The United States has successfully used puppets such as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Canadian PM Justin Trudeau to further its cause. What Zelensky failed to understand that when he allowed Ukraine for military activism by the West, he was falling into a big trap. He ended up composing on the interests of his people who have been drawn into war with the mighty Russia. Little did he realise that the US and the rest of the Western countries would use Ukraine just like they did in the case of Afghanistan. Once their agenda is done, they just walk out leaving a trail of destruction in the country.
Trudeau on the other hand is treading the same path. He is staring in the face of disaster by playing into the hands of the US deep state and in the bargain ended up launching an all-out diplomatic war with India.
It is quite amusing how Canada got played into this. When India pulled up the Canadians, the immediate reactions from the United States and United Kingdom was that they expected India to cooperate in the investigation, but India has chosen not to take that path. These statements were made despite Canada saying that it had only Intelligence and not evidence relating to India’s involvement. There is a huge question mark on whether the Intelligence that Canada claims to have is even actionable in nature or not.
It is not looking good for Trudeau
Trudeau believes that these theatrics would further deepen the bond between the US and Canada and the former would bail him out if he is in trouble. He also took a leaf from history when his father had Pierre Trudeau was the Prime Minister of Canada. India had in in the 1980s written to Canada seeking action against the pro-Khalistan elements in Canada. While today Hardeep Singh Nijjar is the centre piece of the debate, at that time it was Talwinder Singh Parmar. He had warned that Indian planes would fall from the sky. This went on to become a reality during the Kanishka Air India bombing in 1985. His extradition was sought, but the same was rejected by Canada.
Like, what happened in the 1980s, Justin Trudeau believes that the confrontation with India would not go out of hand. He feels that the the confrontation would not escalate beyond a point as India would not allow that to happen.
Trudeau has made two major mistakes this time. He has fallen into the Western trap and will soon realise that he would end up becoming another Zelensky. Trudeau has completely misread the situation and feels that he could use India as a soft target to gain ground in Canada. He is doing this at a time when the Wall Street Journal had cited a survey stating that around two-thirds of the public disapprove of his performance.
The reason he is backing pro-Khalistan elements is because he feels that he could rally the Sikh population around him. He has failed that to understand that these Khalistani elements form only a minute part of the Sikh population in Canada. Trudeau’s rantings appear that he is referring to every Sikh in Canada as a Khalistani, which is not the truth. His antiques are not doing anything good for him. The Sikhs are upset with him as they feel that he has portrayed every one of them as a Khalistani. The rest of the public is angry because they realise that Trudeau is playing stooge and has fallen trap to the Western deep state.
What India needs to do
There is clearly no evidence to what Trudeau has been saying about the killing of Nijjar. India should make it clear to the United States that Trudeau has crossed the line. India should be relentless in its pursuit of the Khalistan elements and not give up like it did in the past. Canada needs to be shamed at every forum by the Ministry of External Affairs for safeguarding terrorists and allowing them thrive on their soil.
India should treat Canada like Pakistan and launch a global campaign stating that Canada is sponsoring terror. In doing so, New Delhi should maintain close ties with Trudeau’s opponents and convince them that the battle is not against Canada, but Trudeau’s mindless talk.
Further India should make it clear to the US that the ties between the two nations should remain independent. If the US continues to lecture India on targeted killings, again for which there is no proof then it would be a good idea to read the Americans a book called Rise and Kill First: The Secret History of Israel’s Targeted Assassinations written by Ronan Bergman. In that book he says under George W Bus, the US carried out 48 targeted killings, while under Barrack Obama, it was 353.
