UPSC CDS Result 2024 out, 8373 candidates selected for interview; Get direct PDF link here

The Union Public Service Commission has announced the results of Combined Defence Services Examination I or CDS 1 Exam 2024 held on April 21, 2024. You can now check the roll number of selected candidates for interviews on the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in

As per the data, a total of 8373 candidates are shortlisted for the interview round, which is scheduled to commence in January 2025. These candidates are required to submit their original documents to the IHQ of MoD as mentioned in the official notice and register themselves on the official website of the Indian Army at joinindianarmy.nic.in (if not already registered).

The final shortlisted candidates will be selected for admission to training courses offered at Indian Military Academy Dehradun, Indian Naval Academy Kerala, Air Force Academy Hyderabad, and Officers Training Academy Chennai. The courses will commence in April 2025.

How to Check UPSC CDS Result 2024 Online?

Candidates who appeared for the UPSC CDS 1 Exam 2024 can check their result status on the official website by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2024 Result link available under the What’s New Section.

Step 3: Click on the link available below the Document section and result PDF will appear on the next screen.

In case of any queries related to CDS Exam 2024, you can reach out to the UPSC Facilitation Counter near Gate “C” of the Commission in person or by contacting the helpline numbers at 011-23385271, 011-23381125 and 011-23098543 between 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs on any working day.

For queries related to SSB or the interview process, reach out to the authority via telephone number at 011-26175473 for the Army, 011-23010097 / Email: officer-navy@nic.in for Navy/Naval Academy and 011-23010231 Extn. 7645 / 7646 / 7610 for Air Force.

UPSC CDS Exam 2024 is conducted for those aspirants who wish to join the Army, Navy or Air Forces. Selection of applicants is done based on marks secured in written test and performance in the SSB Interview as well as CDS cutoff marks released by UPSC.
