Background

After spending over a decade working as a healthcare consultant in the US and Europe, Savitha Kuttan returned to India in 2009 to take upon herself the task of improving the quality of healthcare in the country. She served as the vice president at a MNC Healthcare company. After her return from the West, she initially wanted to set up a low-cost hospital. Then she realised the need for a digital Continuous Medical Education (CME) for healthcare professionals. This led to the birth of Omnicuris, which is today Bharat’s largest online platform for doctors and first-of-its-kind organisation that took initiative in Bharat to provide an online digital Continuous Medical Education (CME) for doctors by taking advantage of advanced digital technology. She firmly believes and follows that there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.
