As the grand preparations for the consecration of Ayodhya Ram Temple are making progress, the nationwide darshan campaign aims to ensure that followers of Bhagwan Ram from every corner of the country can witness the deity in Ayodhya. The campaign is set to address the linguistic diversity of India, ensuring that devotees from different regions are not faced with language barriers. Language guides will be available to assist visitors from various states.
This initiative is not limited to those residing in India; it also plans to extend the darshan to Indian nationals living abroad. The campaign is being orchestrated to make the pilgrimage accessible and convenient for devotees, transcending linguistic, geographical, and international boundaries.
On January 22, Ayodhya will play host to a remarkable assembly of saints and leaders from 140 different sects and communities across India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, and individuals who made significant contributions to the Ram Janmabhoomi movement will be in attendance. However, due to the limited capacity of around 8,000 people, workers have been instructed to participate in their respective region’s programs rather than coming to Ayodhya on January 22. Champat Rai, General Secretary of the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has invited workers to arrive in Ayodhya on separate dates, assuring them of accommodation and meals.
Ayodhya is gearing up to host approximately 25,000 workers every day, providing lodging and food arrangements. Workers from the Kashi region will arrive on January 30th, and similar arrangements are being made for different regions on different dates. This 45-day campaign is expected to draw an estimated 5 million people to Ayodhya.
The Pran Pratishtha and the subsequent nationwide darshan campaign are not only religious events but also significant cultural and unifying moments for India. It exemplifies the reverence and devotion of millions towards Bhagwan Ram and showcases India’s rich religious and linguistic diversity. The nationwide darshan campaign will allow people from various states and backgrounds to come together in Ayodhya, reinforcing the idea of unity in diversity.
In addition to the spiritual and cultural significance, these events are also expected to boost tourism in Ayodhya and the surrounding areas, providing an economic stimulus to the region. As Ayodhya prepares to host this historic event, it stands as a symbol of devotion, unity, and the harmonious coexistence of different faiths in India.
The nation eagerly awaits the consecration of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, and this nationwide darshan campaign will undoubtedly be an opportunity for millions to experience the divine presence of Bhagwan Ram, strengthening their faith and enriching their spiritual journey.
