After nine years of Governance of the BJP-led NDA under the leadership of Narendra Modi, We can note the significant progressive changes in the country. Just a few days back, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated new Parliament.

The structural design of our temple of democracy resembles the heritage, culture and tradition of the Bharat as the theme designed for Rajya Sabha (Upper House) like Lotus, Loksabha (Lower House ) like Peacock and Central Longue like a Banyan Tree (National Tree), our constitution has been displayed on the wall, Three Lions has been displayed on the top of the House and text from manuscripts engraved on the walls of the rooms. This auspicious temple of democracy inauguration with modern facilities for the execution of the democratic process in our country shall be respected by all irrespective of ideology or political fraternity that they are represented as it is the people’s project. It is the symbol for the future generation of our country as the place where the policies approve the continuation of inclusive growth and development with the spirit of “Antyodaya”. Once we recollect the Nine Years of Governance of Narendra Modi, we can be experienced the continuous flow in Reforms, Performance, Achievements, Transformation, relentless efforts for Future Goals and Challenges etc., in the Economic, Social and Political spectrums and International relations within the ambit of the National interest as per the aspirations of the general public.

The Narendra Modi-led union government has adhered to social responsibility for these nine years with “Gharib Kalyan” as the utmost priority in the welfare of the 80 crore BPL families to uplift them as self-reliant. National Food Security Act (NFSA), Union Government has released the Food Subsidy for the benefit of 80 Crore BPL individual beneficiaries. Union Government has released a Total Food subsidy of Rs 12.55 Lakh crores from 2019 – 20 to March 31, 2023, and released for Rs 5.55 Lakh Crores between 2014 and 2019.

Hence, for these 9 years, the total food subsidy had been released for Rs. 18.10 Lakh Crores by the Namo Governance, whereas it was 5,15,963 Crores between 2004 and 2014 for 10 years of UPA governance. Housing for the poor under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) Urban as a flagship Mission of the Union Government in Urban areas had sanctioned 1.23 Crore houses for the entire country till now with a total investment of 8.31 Lakh Crores, which sanctioned fund by the Union Government was for Rs. 2.03 Lakh Crores, out of which 1.14 Lakh Crore has been disbursed so far and 1.07 Crore houses have been grounded. The construction of the houses has been completed to the extent of 74.25 Lakh so far, which means more than 65 per cent grounded has been completed.

As on January 4, 2023, nearly 22 Crore individuals had received Ayushman cards and 4.30 Crore hospital admissions for worth around Rs. 50,409 Crores from more than 26,055 Network of Empanelled Health Care Providers have been complied. Sanitation had been covered under Swacha Bharath Mission ( Grameen ), and up to 1,34,396 villages in our country had declared 100 per cent ODF as of December 2, 2022. Further, 9.59 Crores LPG connections under PM Ujjwala Yojana till January 31, 2023, and for ease of cooking for women in BPL families, 2.86 Crores Households electrified under Saubhagya – Pradhana Mantri Sahaj Bijili Har Ghar Yojana with free metered connections for poor in villages since October 2017 with an aim for 100 per cent electrification of village households, 36.87 Crores LED Bulbs distributed under Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LEDs for All ( Ujala ) so far. Most particularly, BPL families pertaining to 47.51 Crore beneficiaries have been transferred for Rs. 29.41 Lack Crores under Direct Benefit Transfer since Financial Year 2014-15 to March 31, 2023. Apart from this, the Number of loans under Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana ( PMMY) provided for 37.76 Crores till December 2, 2022, for non-corporate micro-enterprises up to 10 Lacks since April 8, 2015.

After Covid 19, more than 221 crores doses of free vaccines offered to the people of our nation by the Union Government to combat the Coronavirus, for which Union Government was allocated 35000 crores in the budget in addition to the funds used from PMCARES. Gharibh Kalyan Anna Yojana has been extended to the BPL families for the last three years for the benefit of the 80 crore people, each individual gets 5Kg rice per month, and same has been extended for the current financial year 2023 – 24 also to sustain the lives of the people. In addition, 42 Crore poor and needed people had benefited from the financial assistance for Rs. 68,820 Crores including Direct Cash Benefit Transfer Rs 500/- per month for 3 months for 20.65 Crore Jandhan accounts of the Women.

Apart from the existing challenges by the time when Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister in the year 2014, additionally Brexit and European Country’s economic slowdown and uncertainties had been additional challenges that influenced our economy. Even Though Narendra Modi-led Union Government had been criticised by the opposition about the reforms about the Demonetisation, GST and now the withdrawal of Rs. 2000 notes, facts were distinct as average GDP between 2009 – 10 and 2013 – 14 was around 6.70 per cent, Whereas it was 7.38 per cent between 2014 – 15 and 2018 – 19. We knew the facts around the impact of GDP Growth Pre and Post Covid19 and recovery after that. Atmanirbhar Bharat Package played a crucial role post-Covid 19 lockdowns; as per the National Statistical Officer ( NSO ), the growth in real GDP has been estimated at 7 per cent for the financial year 2022 – 23 as against 8.70 per cent for the financial year 2021 – 22, RBI Governor has announced a few days back that growth rate above 7 per cent for the financial year 2022-23.

The fact of the matter is that Bharat has been emerging as Global Leader under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi though the challenges ahead. Narendra Modi accustomed to resolve the challenges locally and globally with his ability. We should know the fact, to mitigate the challenges that we required strong and effective “Policies “. Strategies for Inclusiveness in growth is the priority, Policies are required to execute for achieving the goals. As we know the Government prepares Policies with it’s machinery for the approval in the Parliament to implement as the democratic process. In democracy, Parliament is the temple as the approval of Parliament is mandatory to implement the policies in the form of new enactments and amendments of existing laws. Hence, the Central Vista Project “Karthavya Path “will be continued as the temple of our democracy to showcase the Bharat’s reach heritage, customs and traditions to the world to upheld our sovereignty with basic structure of our constitution. Hence, the Parliament ought to respect every citizen of the country without any political and other reasons. I convey my congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his commitment to fulfil the people’s dreams at ground.
