The volunteers must set aside personal motives, grudges, and ego to fulfil Sanatan Dharma's intention of bringing glory to our nation and defeating the intention of evil forces.

Bharat has been known for its great heritage and sages for thousands of years. At various times, the sages studied the most important aspects of human life, such as the mind, intellect, memory, ego, and Self (Atman). Global thinkers and philosophers widely use sages' detailed examination of these aspects to develop and address their programmes. Our minds and egos are the most complex aspects of our lives, but our sages simplify them with easily implemented solutions in everyday life.

The most difficult task is managing one's mind and ego. All conflicts in the world begin in mind, and the reason for this is ego. Ego causes many unwanted disturbances in the mind, resulting in inner conflicts, leading to conflicts in the outside world. Social unrest, violence, unethical practices, corruption, greed, and lust are all manifestations of internal conflicts.

Many people in society, particularly many Hindu spiritual, religious, social, and cultural organisations, scholars, philosophers, and thinkers, are motivated by the ego's desire to prove oneself superior to others.

"Ekam Sat Vipra Bahudha Vadanti" (एकम सत विप्रा बहुधा वदन्ति) means "Truth is one, but the wise can express it in various ways." This is the beauty of Sanatan Dharma: it allows everyone to think in their way while presenting only one truth in various ways. To put it simply, God is one, but one can follow various forms of gods and practises to reach the ultimate one.

However, for many philosophers and organisations, freedom of expression has become a source of pride. They assert that their version of the truth is the ultimate one, ignoring the thought processes of others. This has resulted in numerous conflicts among followers of these organisations, causing a schism in society. This division, simply because of holding it on an ego level, aided many philosophers and organisations in establishing a narrative against Hindutva and its great heritage to further divide Hindus by injecting more poison into the minds of these people who believe their concept of God, Hindutva, or Seva practises is the best in all.

It degenerates further when volunteers or followers in any organisation believe from their ego level that their Seva or self-service is ultimate and that if others are not doing as they wish, they should put them down and break them away from the ultimate goal of Sanatan Dharma, which is to make our society, country, and planet socially and economically empowered with peace and joy.

People fail to distinguish between individual and social dynamics. Because we are a part of nature and it provides everything that is of great value to us selflessly, our primary responsibility is to work for the benefit of all living beings in return. However, when a person's sense of belongingness to society is superficial, the ego takes over and destroys unity and mutual relationships.

If seva instils arrogance in volunteers, it impacts the social activity undertaken. The volunteers must set aside personal motives, grudges, and ego to fulfil Sanatan Dharma's intention of bringing glory to our nation and defeating the intention of evil forces. Awareness and alertness about evil forces will provide a positive dimension and commitment to the cause of society that is the root causes of all social issues such as Naxalism, terrorism, exploitation of women, conversion by poisoning the minds, unemployment, drug menace, slavery mentality, and unethical practises.

तत्वज्ञ: सर्वभूतानां,
योगज्ञ: सर्वकर्मणाम्।
उपायज्ञो मनुष्याणां,
नर: पण्डित उच्यते।।
(विदुर नीति)

The volunteers should adhere to the above-said principle:- A wise or leader is someone who understands the abilities inherent in all beings, understands the method of performing all tasks, and understands the solution to human beings' difficulties.

As a result, anyone with the ability and desire to lead should always cultivate these qualities in his personality and creativity.
Aham Brahmasmi, (अहं ब्रह्मास्मि) a central theme of Advaita philosophy, connects the macrocosmic concepts of God and universal consciousness with the microcosmic individual expression of the Self. This mantra emphasises the idea that all beings are inextricably linked to universal energy and cannot be separated from it. Reciting Aham, Brahmasmi acknowledges that each one and Atman is one, and as such, there can be no ego or sense of separation.

समानी व आकूति: समाना हृदयानि वः ।
समानमस्तु वो मनो, यथा वः सुसहासति ।

May everyone's commitment is one, and their hearts be one, their good wishes be one, and their thoughts be one. One should have a single faith and a single intellect. May everyone's happiness grow in all ways, and may they all gain great wisdom. We pray to Bharat Mata,

The only best means of attaining selfless being with Abhyudaya, that brave vow, should be sparked in our hearts. May the inexhaustible (never-ending) and intense determination remain in our hearts forever.

With your blessings, may our victorious, organised workforce be fully capable of taking this nation to the state of supreme glory by protecting self-righteousness.
