Pune: Language is a medium to understand any invention. On the other hand, the use of technology can further flourish the language. Also, science and technology, along with languages, should complement each other to make a favourable impact, said Dr. Vijay Bhatkar, internationally acclaimed computer scientist and brain behind PARAM supercomputer. He was bestowed with the prestigious Dr. Hedgewar Pragya Samman by Shri Badabazar Kumar Sabha Pustakalaya. He opined, “Science and technology need to be taught in vernacular languages, it is the need of the hour and it demands consistent, widespread efforts. We need to put in consolidated efforts. Only then will it result in a resurgence of Indian men.”
