The steady pace of COVID-19 vaccination is resulting in lesser cases in the country.
India’s cumulative vaccination coverage crossed the landmark of 34 crores yesterday. According to the provisional report, 34,46,11,291 vaccination doses were provided through 45,60,088 sessions as of 7 a.m. today.43,99,298 vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours.
COVID-19 vaccination began a new phase of universalization on June 21, 2021. The Union Government is committed to speeding up the pace and expanding COVID-19 vaccination throughout the country.
India has reported 44,111 COVID-19cases in the last 24 hours. Less than 50,000 Daily New Cases have been reported for six continuous days. This is a result of sustained and collaborative efforts by the Centre and the States/UTs.
