In a desperate attempt to stop BJP’s high-voltage campaign in Kerala, the goons of CPM are now physically attacking BJP candidates and their workers. The BJP candidate in the Kazhakoottam assembly constituency (Thiruvananthapuram District), Shobha Surendran and her convoy were attacked by the goons of CPM. The goons of DYFI, the youth wing of CPM ran bikes to the convoy of Shobha Surendran, leaving many injured.
After attacking the BJP workers, the DYFI goons took shelter inside the CPM booth office. The police didn’t take any action against those who were involved in the attack even after BJP workers launched a strong protest outside the CPM booth office.
