Kerala CM and CPM Polit Bureau member Pinarauyi Vijayan remains perplexed since he fails to answer the eight questions raised by BJP leader and Home Minister Amit Shah. Shah raised eight questions in connection with contemporary political and social life in the state. He was addressing a mammoth BJP rally in Thiruvananthapuram. They were direct questions concerning CM’s alleged link with the controversial gold smuggling, his close association with the controversial accused and the mysterial death that took place in the state some time back. A shocked CM raises some other irrelevant questions before the people of Kerala instead of answering the questions raised by the HM. One of the meaningless questions is regarding the involvement of Amit Shah in a fake encounter case in Gujarat. Pinarayi conveniently forges the fact that not a single case pends against Amit Shah in this respect. The Hon . Supreme Court of the country had exonerated Shah from the blame of his involvement in the Gujarat fake encounter case. Later on, he was sworn in as a member of the Rajya Sabha. About two years back the country’s Rashtrapathi appointed him as the Home Minister of Bharat.
But, what is the plight of Pinarayi? Can he deny the fact that he was accused in the infamous Vadakkakal Ramakrishnan murder in 1969? Ramakrishnan was the first RSS balidani in the state.
Can he claim that he has been declared innocent in the NC Lavlyn case involving Rs 3,745,000,000? Can he deny that the case still pending before the Supreme Court?
