More than 45 security personnel were martyred in a suicide attack on CRPF convoy in Pulwama in Kashmir on Feb 14. The entire nation is grief-stricken over the loss of lives. There is now a state of proxy war in the country with security men sacrificing their lives somewhere or other so that we can live in peace.

We share the immense grief of the families of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the nation. The valiant men have died for the nation and it is the nation’s responsibility to take care of their old parents, their wife, children and their needs of education and livelihood.

We can individually support the families of the martyrs through the ‘Bharat ke Veer’ app or website launched by the Govt of India. There are options on the app to support the families of more than one martyr or to contribute to the Bharat ke Veer corpus fund.

The Karyakartas of Sangh have always come forward to fulfil their responsibility on such occasions. We are today facing one such crucial situation.

The Sangh calls upon all Karyakartas and all patriots to consider it their duty to extend all possible help and also demonstrate unity, forbearance and courage under these challenging circumstances.

Donations can be made directly to the Bharat ke Veer app managed by Union Home Ministry or on the website of Indian Bravehearts.
